Main tasks
- Handling customers and inquiries
- Helping customers solve their software problems
- Providing assistance in the IBM tririga program
- Providing assistance in configuring the IBM tririga program
- Supporting the customization of the IBM tririga system
Expectations
- Empathy, independent work, good communication skills, independent problem-solving skills - very important for our team
- Basic English language skills - (at least conversational level)
- Handling customer-side inquiries, understanding and helping needs does not cause problems
- Experience in Support Engineer position is a great advantage
- You have good documentation skills and system approach
- You are able to handle and use large amounts of data
- You can help with automation tasks
