One of these is the PropTech working group, where we recently created and presented an important professional paper at the Future of Construction 2025 conference.

The document covers the provisions of the BIM Act. The main goal of the working group is to help operators understand and implement the law in practice. To this end, we have prepared a recommendation that focuses specifically on operational BIM.
We believe that digitalization and new regulations are not obstacles but opportunities—if we support the profession with the right knowledge and tools.
