Responsibilities
- Continuous support for the operation, development, and implementation (deployment) of the IBM Tririga system, (Bee Wise FM) developed by the company
- Liaising with project participants
- Assessing, analyzing, and documenting business needs
- Preparing functional and non-functional requirement specifications
- Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, tech leads, architects, developers, and testers
- Analyzing processes, creating process models and flowcharts
- Developing test scenarios and test plans
- Monitoring development and validating the completed solution
- Change management and problem-solving
- Organizing client meetings and consultations
- Close cooperation with other departments and external service providers
- Preparing system documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Conducting system presentations and training for clients and key users
Requirements
- At least a secondary education in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Analyst
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-centric and systems-oriented mindset
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of business processes and systems
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of interfaces and general API operational logic
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Intermediate knowledge of English and/or German (at least B2 level)
Advantages

- Knowledge of IBM Tririga and/or Maximo systems
- Technical or Facility Manager qualifications
- Experience in international projects
- Specific industry knowledge (Facility Management, Property Management, technical operations, CMMS, CAFM, IWMS)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of data warehousing technologies and methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of English and/or German (C1 level)
