Our company, Bee Wise Ltd, a developer and implementer of the world-renowned IBM Tririga IWMS system, is looking for a new Junior Software Developer to join its expanding team to help us operate and enhance existing systems and implement new implementations.
Main tasks
- Operation, development and implementation of the IBM Tririga system (Bee Wise FM), which has been further developed by the company
- Liaising with project participants
- Application configuration, business process development, development of integrations
- Development of development specifications, system designs
- Designing system solutions, integrations and functionality of system functions and components covering requirements
- Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, tech leads, architect, testers
- Continuous communication with developers, business analysts
- Conduct development tests, UAT test support Change management and problem solving
- Preparing system documentation and user manuals, training materials
- Deliver system demonstrations and training to customers and key users
Expectations
- At least a secondary vocational qualification
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented and system-oriented mindset
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, DevOps)
- Intermediate knowledge of English and/or German (B2 or above)

Advantages
- University degree in IT, business or related field
- Knowledge of IBM Tririga and/or Maximo systems
- Technical or Facility Manager qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in software development, system configuration
- Experience in international projects Specific industry knowledge (Facility Management, Property Management, Technical Operations, CMMS, CAFM, IWMS)
- Knowledge of Javascript frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Polimer), NodeJS, .NET frameworks
- Proficiency in software integration tasks, Rest API development experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps High level of English and/or German (C1)
