The new headquarters of MOL, a 143-meter tall, 28-story, unique high-rise office building, was constructed in the Lágymányosi Bay based on the designs of Foster + Partners and Finta Studio. Our company was commissioned by MOL Property Management Ltd. to develop, enhance, and integrate a customized CAFM system for the building, capable of meeting numerous digital challenges.

In addition, our expert BIM team participated in the planning of the building’s operational BIM implementation and in the integration of realization data into models and operational systems.

The LEED Platinum and BREEAM Excellent certification goals set for the building presented various challenges during the integration of different systems. However, following the acquisition of the Building of the Year Award in 2022, our team successfully met the certification goals for the new tower.
