At the sites of the National Institute of Rheumatology and Physiotherapy (ORFI), our team developed the facility management system commissioned by the Public Procurement and Supply Directorate within our own BeeWise Fm software. Furthermore, our team conducted laser scanning surveys of all site buildings to enhance operational efficiency. Using these, we constructed BIM models to provide accurate insights into their buildings, including potential opportunities and challenges. Additionally, to aid facility management tasks, we stored important parameters of the respective premises in the database created within the BIM models.
