Main tasks
- Ongoing support for the operation, development and implementation of the IBM Tririga system (Bee Wise FM), which has been further developed by the company
- Liaising with project participants
- Detailed assessment, analysis and documentation of business requirements
- Design of system solutions, integrations and the design of system functions and components that cover the requirements
- Preparation of functional and non-functional requirements specifications
- Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, tech leads, architects, developers, testers
- Continuous communication with developers, professional monitoring of the implementation process, validation of the completed solution
- Process analysis, process modelling, creation of flow charts
- Development of test scenarios and test plans
- Execution of functional tests, coordination and support of UAT test
- Change management and problem solving
- Organisation of customer meetings and discussions
- Preparation of system documentation and user manuals, training materials
- System demonstrations and training for customers and key users
Expectations
- At least 3-4 years of experience as IT Business Analyst or Systems Administrator
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-centric and systems-oriented mindset
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of business processes and systems
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of interfaces, general API operational logic
- High level knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, DevOps)
- Intermediate level of English and/or German (at least B2)
An advantage
- University degree in IT, economics or other related field
- Knowledge of IBM Tririga and/or Maximo systems
- Technical or Facility Manager qualification
- Experience in international projects
- Specific industry knowledge (Facility Management, Property Management, Technical Operations, CMMS, CAFM, IWMS)
- High level of Microsoft Azure DevOps
- High level of English and/or German (C1)
