Responsibilities
- Continuous support of the operation, development, and client-side implementation of the IBM Tririga system further developed by the company (Bee Wise FM)
- Professional leadership and full lifecycle management of projects (planning, analysis, specification, execution, control, documentation, closure, handover to the support team)
- Detailed assessment, analysis, documentation, and specification of business requirements
- Design of system solutions and integrations, as well as planning the operation of system functions and components covering the requirements
- Continuous communication with developers, professional tracking of the implementation process, and professional validation of delivered solutions
- Execution of functional tests, coordination and support of internal and UAT testing
- Preparation of system documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Delivering system demonstrations and trainings for clients and key users
Requirements
- At least secondary-level professional qualification
- At least 2–3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, or Business Analyst, or Product Owner, or Solution Architect
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented and systems-thinking mindset
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and systems
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of interfaces and general API operating logic
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, DevOps)
- Intermediate level English and/or German language skills (at least B2)
Advantages
- Higher education degree in IT, economics, or another related field
- Knowledge of IBM Tririga and/or Maximo systems
- Technical or Facility Manager qualification
- Experience in international projects
- Specific industry knowledge (Facility Management, Property Management, technical operations, CMMS, CAFM, IWMS)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Advanced level English and/or German language skills (C1)
